Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Serving Size: 2 servings

Ingredients

1 cup Skim Milk
1 container (6-8 oz) Light Strawberry Yogurt
⅓ cup Dedicated Woman Vanilla Protein
½ cup Strawberries, frozen

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into blender container, cover and pulse (mix) until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
*Option: Replace strawberries and yogurt with other fruit or yogurt of your choice.
